Good to know

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our clients are at work. You can leave a key or a door code. Our cleaners are background-checked and trained to respect your space whether you are there or not.

What is the difference between an initial clean and a recurring clean?

The initial clean is deeper and takes longer. It handles built-up grime, baseboards, appliance interiors and the areas routine cleaning does not reach. Once that baseline is set, recurring visits keep it there.

What products do you use?

Eco-friendly, non-toxic products chosen to be safe around children and pets. Never harsh chemicals like ammonia or bleach.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
