Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a door code. Our cleaners are background-checked and insured, and you will know who is coming.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Change the frequency or stop whenever you need to.
Why do you ask for an initial clean first?
Recurring visits are built to hold a standard, not to reach one. The first clean sets that baseline so every visit afterwards is spent maintaining it. If your home was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days we can usually skip it.
