Do I have to book housekeeping separately?
Mostly no. Light decluttering, bed-making and putting on fresh linens are part of every residential visit, recurring cleans included. Only laundry folding and heavy decluttering are add-ons, and professional organizing is its own service.
Will you change the beds?
Yes, if you leave clean linens out for us. We make the beds on every visit either way.
Why is heavy decluttering charged separately?
Light tidying takes minutes and is included. Where clutter has built up enough to be a job in itself, it would eat the time meant for cleaning, so it is quoted as an add-on and the clean stays a clean.
What does the professional organizer do?
She works on the spaces that have stopped working: pantries, closets, entryways, the drawer everything ends up in. It is a different discipline at a different rate, so it is quoted on its own rather than folded into a cleaning price.
Do you do laundry from start to finish?
We fold and put away as an add-on. Tell us what you need when you ask for an estimate and we will be clear about it before anything is booked.
Are the products the same?
Yes. Eco-friendly and non-toxic throughout. Never ammonia or bleach.
