Cleaning for practices where the waiting room is the first opinion

What we clean

• Waiting room: seating, arms and rests, tables, toys where present, and the entry glass
• Front desk and reception surfaces, excluding paperwork and screens unless you ask
• Treatment and exam rooms: floors, sinks, counters and fixtures, to the routine you set
• High-touch disinfection: door handles, light switches, chair arms, railings, push plates
• Restrooms cleaned and restocked, including fixtures, mirrors and floors
• Staff break room and kitchen
• Corridors and hard floors mopped, carpets vacuumed throughout
• Trash removed to your bins, liners replaced

This is the starting point, not the limit. The walkthrough is where it becomes a written scope for your building, and anything on it can be added, dropped or run on a different frequency.

What you get out of it

• People you have already met

  The same background-checked team each visit, so nobody is being shown around your practice for the first time after hours. You will know their names.

• A routine you approve, in writing

  You tell us which rooms we enter, what we touch and what we leave alone. It is written into the scope at the walkthrough, not agreed verbally and forgotten.

• Clean without the chemical air

  Non-toxic products, never ammonia or bleach. Patients with asthma, chemical sensitivity or a child in tow notice the absence, even if they never mention it.

• Certificates, without the chase

  Liability insurance and workers compensation, and the certificate sent to you or your landlord the same week you ask.
