What we clean

• Desks, shared tables and reachable surfaces wiped down
• Kitchen and break room: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, tables and chairs
• Restrooms cleaned and restocked, fixtures and mirrors included
• Meeting rooms reset: table, chairs, glass and whiteboard ledges
• Reception and entry glass, so the first thing a visitor sees is clean
• Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped throughout
• High-touch points disinfected: door handles, light switches, railings, shared equipment
• Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced

This is the starting point, not the limit. The walkthrough is where it becomes a written scope for your building, and anything on it can be added, dropped or run on a different frequency.

  After the walkthrough you get an itemised list of what is cleaned and how often. If something is not on it, it is not billed, and you can add it.
