Recurring visits are built to hold a standard, not to reach one. The first clean handles built-up grime, baseboards, appliance interiors and the places routine cleaning never gets to. Once that baseline is set, every visit afterwards is spent keeping it there.
If your home was professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, we can usually skip it and start with a recurring visit.

How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the home and how often we visit. We quote per visit rather than per hour, so the price you agree is the price you pay. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
Do I need an initial deep clean first?
For most new clients, yes. Recurring visits are built to hold a standard rather than reach one. If your home was professionally cleaned within the last 30 days we can usually start with a recurring visit instead.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Never ammonia or bleach.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Change your frequency or stop whenever you need to.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a door code. Our cleaners are background-checked and insured.
