Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and most commercial work happens that way. Evenings, early mornings or weekends, whatever keeps your team working and your space presentable.
Why do you insist on a walkthrough?
Because square footage alone does not tell us what a building needs. A 3,000 sq ft medical practice and a 3,000 sq ft open-plan office are different jobs. The walkthrough is how the quote ends up accurate rather than optimistic.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation, and our staff are background-checked and trained. We can provide certificates for your records or your landlord.
Are the products safe for a workplace?
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Never ammonia or bleach. For practices with air quality or allergy concerns, and for anyone with a sustainability policy to answer to, that tends to be the deciding factor.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. We would rather keep the account because the work is good than because a contract says you have to.
What size buildings do you take on?
From single suites to multi-tenant common areas. If we are not the right fit for a site we will say so rather than stretch to cover it.
